They say owning your story can be hard work, but Rosie from Careers by Design has developed an offering and process, that enables you to explore, transform and open up opportunities for your own career potential, with ease. It sounded a lot like the way we approach our work and philosophy, so extracting and articulating this for Rosie with an engaging personality and a warm empathic nature, was an ideal client attraction for us. With an existing logo, zoom session meetings and documents from our Brand Coaching Modules, Rosie too, was able to dig deep herself and stay on the course of a personal brand exercise. From here, we were able to identify what strategic brand position and impact needed to be visually implemented across a new website, credentials, and marketing communications. From process diagrams, content and website structure, hierarchy and copywriting, to symbolic photographic packages and a visual language that brings out what we like to call a “career horticulturist vibe” and a voice that speaks to growth, strength and a designed career path.
