We don’t believe we’ve come across 3 builders, each who embody master craftsmanship, sustainability, care and a love of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula and the lifestyle it has to offer. From the outset in our Brand Strategy workshop, it was apparent to us that this particular and proud partnership full of personality, was something to be shared and for the Fleurieu to behold. We developed a narrative for their new business venture and a tone of voice that unpacks their distinctive company methodology, skills, and projects. Entering a competitive market place with existing SA Builders, it was essential that unique points of difference was portrayed, illustrating collaborations, community and culture. Bespoke, Quality and High Performance Homes, built with utilising sustainable materials, leading in new Australian products and technologies married with a love of age old traditional timber framing techniques and the aesthetic that comes with it. With the identity retained, we tweaked it for greater production purposes and elevated surrounding brand assets with new logos when it came to their family brand of a Traditional Timber Framing Marquee (named Lagertha for events) and now stand alone power systems and Electrical services led by gurus in tech and installation. Armed with only an Instagram account, we set the solid strategy with a sage colour palette and mood board of inspirational quotes, high level, vibrant and detailed photography and began marketing this new building company and engaging with a new tribe. Within weeks of the website design and launch, it not only built an engaging and forward thinking home builder brand but to date has attracted new, ideal personnel and clients, suppliers and the crew whose culture and communication model is encased with daily recommendations, fan love, referrals, and a waiting list of projects and Fleurieu based home building works in the pipeline at least a year ahead. The response from their clients and following, with our online and social media strategy, management and design, continues to be overwhelmingly positive and distinguishes the tailored works and craft above the rest - perfectly positioned at 35 degrees.
